"This is the first pair of leggings I purchased. I went by the measurements online but they were tighter than I prefer. These particular cutout cutouts were also very tight and unflattering. The fabric was heavy and not very soft. Also, the seams went right over the top of my knees and was uncomfortable. I love Kiava swimwear and hoodies but I was disappointed in the material and fit of these leggings."
