I love them!

"They stay up! I workout 5 days a week doing strength training and cardio workouts and it’s so nice having workout pants that stay up, hold me in and are squat proof. This was my first time purchasing leggings from Kiava and I was unsure of sizing so I had to guess and luckily I picked the right size. I purchased a medium, in the 20 “ for reference I’m 5”5, 164 31” waist and 41 “ hip. Hopefully that helps!"

Great but trouble while running

"I had a little trouble with them falling down while I was running in a race but they fit great and stay in place all other times. Walking, Zumba, general wear, but for some reason while running/jogging I had to keep pulling them up."
