"I have bought many different brands of "bike shorts" for personal training over the years. I have been on a quest for high quality, 7-9 inch length, legs that do not ride or roll up, perfectly placed pockets on sides that will accommodate a phone, soft non-shiny fabric with decent compression, reasonably high waist but not "ultra-high-rise," and of course, they must fit me comfortably. These shorts meet and/or exceed all of my requirements. I am 5'7" and around 150 lbs. I generally wear a size 10. I can fit in a Medium but I don't like them real tight, so I went with the Large and it is perfect!"
