I can truthfully say that these are my favorite leggings I have ever worn. You will notice that they breathe well keeping you cool during your workout and are still perfect for running on cold days. They move with you and the four-way stretch material helps eliminate low-riding and bunching. The High rise waist supports and flatters the tummy, and the stripes are both aesthetically pleasing and slimming to the eye. My personal pair has held up perfectly with repeated washing and over 60 workouts. (PLEASE do not wash these with any article of clothing that has Velcro! I learned this the hard way with one of my early samples) :) These Capris shape, support, breathe, flatter, and most importantly they don't show through. I love my Striped Leggings!

The best leggings that stay up!
"These are my favorite workout leggings. I have 3 other pairs of Kiava leggings and these are my go to for more high intensity workouts. I am 5”5, 162 lbs and purchased the 20” size medium. They are higher waisted than I expected and go above my bellow button. When doing high intensity workouts they do not move! The material feels a little thinner than my other styles I have but it doesn’t bother me because they are squat proof. I love this style and definitely happy with them."
